Responsibilities:
Help customers find and order parts & accessories
Support service department with timely parts delivery
Order, receive, and stock inventory
Handle in-store, phone, and online inquiries
Qualifications:
Knowledge of powersports/marine/ag equipment (required)
Dealership or retail parts experience (an asset)
Robust customer service and organizational skills
Basic computer and POS system experience
