Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and attentive Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience for every guest. This role involves greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving menu items, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, ingredients, spice levels, and daily specials, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system and communicate orders promptly to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and timely service.
Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Suggest additional menu items, desserts, beverages, and side dishes to enhance the guest experience.
Prepare tables before service and clear, clean,



and reset tables after guests leave.
Process customer payments accurately, including cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with restaurant policies.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, service stations, and beverage stations.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress is preferred.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and food safety practices.
Familiarity with menu items featuring traditional Indian cuisine is considered an asset but is not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to operate a POS system and process payments accurately.
Basic math skills for handling bills and cash transactions.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, qualified appearance, and robust interpersonal skills.
Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $16.10 per hour
