Job Description

We are hiring a Project Coordinator with construction or renovation experience to support residential renovation projects. This role focuses on project scheduling, construction coordination, material procurement, labour tracking, and documentation.

The Project Coordinator works closely with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, warehouse staff, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and according to company standards.

Responsibilities
Coordinate construction project schedules, subcontractors, and in-house labour
Manage material ordering, procurement, and delivery tracking
Maintain accurate construction documentation in BuilderTrend and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Track daily site logs, time cards, inventory, receipts, and site photos
Communicate with field crews, vendors, suppliers, and clients
Oversee warehouse organization, inventory control, and tool tracking
Coordinate site cleanups, deficiencies, and project closeouts
Manage company fleet vehicles (registration, MVI, servicing, documentation)
Coordinate snow plowing and salting operations during winter
Be available after hours for urgent construction or scheduling issues when required

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or renovation
Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or site coordination
Solid knowledge of construction scheduling, materials, and labour coordination
Proficiency with BuilderTrend, QuickBooks Online, or similar construction software
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
