Duties
Manage recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and staffing agencies.
Support onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
Assist with employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities.
Ensure HR compliance, maintain policies, and support payroll and HR systems.
