Responsibilities
Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and entrances
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect building common areas
Remove garbage and recycling
Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
Perform apartment turnover cleaning when units become vacant
Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns
Assist with seasonal property upkeep and general building appearance

Requirements
Previous cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Solid attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
English and/or French
MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE
