Job Summary
We are seeking an apprentice Carpenter or Skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in various carpentry tasks, including construction, restoration, and maintenance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

Duties
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Restore and renovate existing structures while ensuring quality craftsmanship.
Perform masonry work as needed for various projects.
Install drywall and perform finishing work to ensure a polished appearance.
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
Assemble furniture and fixtures according to specifications.
Work on roofing projects, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
Execute construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed work.
Provide maintenance person services as needed to address minor repairs or installations.

Skills




Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to carpentry work.
Experience with carpentry and finishing processes.
Ability to perform masonry tasks as required by specific projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Capability to restore existing structures while maintaining their integrity.
Familiarity with roofing systems and techniques for effective installation and repair.
Robust communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
