Duties
Manage inventory of RV parts
Process purchase orders and coordinate orders to ensure timely availability of parts
Source parts from suppliers, maintain supplier relationships to optimize costs and quality
Assist customers with parts inquiries, providing exceptional customer service both in person and via phone or email
Maintain organized records of parts transactions, returns, and warranties
Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory
Receive and unpack incoming shipments
Help keep the parts department clean and organized
Skills
Knowledge of order processes, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques
Previous Rv parts or mechanical knowledge related to RVs systems is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced setting
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and inventory control
