The Tennis Centre - Langley is looking for two friendly, organized, and customer-focused receptionists to join our team! If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced setting and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Tennis experience or knowledge is considered an asset, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
We are hiring for the below positions. Please only apply if you're able to commit to these exact shifts.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Register customers for tennis programs, lessons, and court bookings
Provide outstanding customer service and answer general inquiries
General cleaning of the facility (bathrooms, floors, dusting etc.)
Perform data entry and administrative tasks
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
Assist with the coordination and operation of Tennis BC tournaments and special events hosted at the facility
Support the day-to-day operations of the front desk
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and reliable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to multitask in a busy workplace
Tennis experience or knowledge is an asset, but not required
