In this role, you'll be the go-to advisor for contract matters, working with District Managers and Legal teams to audit and manage contracts. Your five-plus years of experience will enable you to address compliance issues while exploring current revenue opportunities through contract evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit municipal contracts for compliance insights
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Negotiate and draft municipal contracts as needed
Monitor complex contracts for effectiveness and extensions
Investigate and provide solutions for contract disputes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related
At least five years of contract management experience
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Robust interpersonal and analytical skills
Involvement in strategic planning for municipal growth
