Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing transparent estimates and timelines
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical assessments and customer needs
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all financial dealings




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns
Maintain organized records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories

Experience
Previous dealership experience or automotive service background highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand repair procedures and technical terminology
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Experience in sales or upselling automotive services effectively
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and parts inventory management
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers
