We are seeking a motivated and energetic Gardening Helpers to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes by assisting with various gardening and landscape tasks. Responsibilities
Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and mulching to promote healthy plant growth
Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to perform routine gardening tasks
Operate power tools including lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and effectively
Support landscape maintenance activities like edging, weeding, and soil preparation
Help install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns




Conduct regular inspections of gardens to identify pests or diseases and report issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and organizing tools and supplies

Experience
Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, or in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required
Knowledge of gardening practices, horticulture principles, and plant care techniques is a plus
Ability to follow safety guidelines when handling equipment and chemicals
Solid physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
Enthusiasm for gardening, outdoor work, and learning current skills is highly valued
