As Total Rewards Manager, you will report to the Director of Total Rewards & HR Technology, managing a dedicated team. Your main responsibilities include designing compensation frameworks, overseeing perk programs, and ensuring compliance with pension regulations.

You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on pay equity and compensation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Total Rewards Strategy
Manage compensation structures and incentive programs
Oversee perks selection and administration
Ensure compliance with pension regulations
Lead and inspire a team of Total Rewards professionals

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
5+ years in Total Rewards leadership role
CCP or CEBS certification preferred
Experience in multi-site organizations
Strong knowledge of pay equity compliance
