Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to ensure freshness and safety at all times
Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service that exceeds guest expectations
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders and prioritizing tasks
Follow all serving procedures when plating dishes or assisting with meal presentation
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Solid knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
