We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Barbers to join our dynamic team! Duties
Perform qualified haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Engage with clients to understand their styling needs and offer expert recommendations
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and sanitation standards
Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing




Foster solid communication with clients to ensure a personalized experience that encourages repeat visits
Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism at all times

Requirements
Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a solid portfolio of work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and current trends
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace
Retail sales experience is a plus for recommending products and upselling services
Reliable team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
