The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling, inspecting, and packaging automotive components in a rapid-paced production setting. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet quality and safety standards, and flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as required. Production Workers play a key role in ensuring our client delivers high-quality products to its customers on time.
Typical duties include operating basic production equipment, performing visual quality checks, following standardized work instructions, maintaining a clean and secure work area, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Manual Dexterity
Capable of lifting 25 – 50 lbs as required
Ability to follow work instructions, and safety procedures

Must be available to work at min 2 of the following Mon – Fri with potential for mandated Overtime on Sat/Sun
Days – 7am – 3pm
Afternoon – 3pm – 11pm
Nights – 11pm – 7am
12 Hour Rotation – 7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7am
