Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our energetic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. The Kitchen Team Member will play a vital role in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety.

Duties
Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients
Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times
Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and kitchen operations
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed




Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow and excellent customer service

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment
