We are seeking a agile and experienced Store Manager with a path to store ownership to lead and oversee all aspects of retail operations within our organization. BSP Bicycle Sports Pacific is looking for an experienced retail leader who wants more than a paycheck. This role includes profit sharing and a transparent path to earning an ownership stake in the store.If you have a robust background in retail management, know how to grow sales and profits, and want the prospect to become a true business partner, we’d like to talk.

Key responsibilities include managing daily store activities, supervising staff, implementing sales strategies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies. As a Store Manager/Owner, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive shopping experience while driving sales performance through effective marketing and merchandising initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a thriving retail establishment with a focus on excellence and operational integrity.
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Grow sales and improve profitability




Manage inventory, purchasing, and merchandising
Deliver outstanding customer service
Recruit and train staff
Track store performance and key results
Build relationships in the local cycling community
Oversee daily store operations

What we’re looking for
5+ years of retail management experience
Proven success growing sales and leading teams
Strong understanding of margins, profitability, and business performance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Interest in cycling is a bonus, but business leadership is the priority

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
