Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mechanic Helper to assist our skilled technicians in maintaining and repairing equipment. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical work, develop technical skills, and grow within a dynamic team workplace. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working safely alongside experienced mechanics.

Responsibilities
Assist with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment under the supervision of senior mechanics
Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic mechanical tasks such as tightening bolts, replacing parts, and assembling components
Support in diagnosing mechanical issues by observing and reporting problems to lead technicians
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during work activities




Help with inventory management by organizing tools and parts needed for repairs

Skills
Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards
Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning recent skills

Pay: $17.42-$30.67 per hour
