Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy equipment and a robust understanding of construction site operations. As a Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites. This is a full-time position with prospects for career growth.

Duties
Operate skid steer equipment to perform tasks such as grading, leveling, and excavating
Use skid steer to load and unload materials
Assist with site preparation and cleanup
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role,



you should have the following experience:
Previous experience operating skid steer equipment
Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation
Commercial driving experience is a plus
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
