We are a leading re-manufacturer and supplier of a wide variety of products for the trucking, forestry, mining, construction, agricultural, transit and oil industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and strengthen both external and internal customer relationships.
Provide prompt, accurate service to customers while making a sale, quoting, taking orders and checking availability.
Process orders from walk in customers, over the phone and via e-mail.
Assist the customer by providing the correct product in a timely manner.
Clearly communicate product features and benefits, related items, specials and new products.
Locate and acquire products as required from stock, other locations and vendors.
Participate in annual inventory count.





Qualifications:
Previous heavy duty parts experience is an asset.
Be organized and self motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a rapid paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Team player who works well with others

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
