The Rod and Gun is currently looking for a positive results orientated bartender to follow our points of service while maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customers experience. You will work in close collaboration with staff and managers and follow established routines and systems. Our ideal candidate would also have a passion for making delicious cocktails and could talk all day about beer, wine and spirits. You must be able to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Duties and Responsibilities
Stocking the bar
Making cocktails
Serving customers, selling food and drinks
Creating welcoming atmosphere
Knowing the promotions and events in the building
Cleaning of bar
Keg changes
Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
Present menus and help customers select food/beverages
Take orders and relate them to other staff that are clear and understandable
Collaborate with other staff in a positive and respectful manner
Issue bills and accept payments

REQUIREMENTS
Positive attitude
Valid Serving it Right Certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience
Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
Must be comfortable lifting 20lbs

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
