We're looking for a passionate, experienced Sous Chef to join our growing Culinary Team at Southbrook Golf Club. This is a full-time, year-round leadership opportunity with excellent potential for growth as we continue to expand our Food & Beverage operations.

With the addition of our current Golf Simulator Facility and a growing calendar of weddings, tournaments, corporate events, and special dining experiences, Southbrook is evolving into a true four-season hospitality destination. This role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career in an exciting, fast-paced environment while working alongside a talented Culinary Team committed to exceptional food and unforgettable Guest experiences.

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key leadership role by supporting the Head Chef, mentoring and developing our Kitchen Team, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety, and helping drive creativity and consistency throughout our operation.
