Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and brunch menu items with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and safety regulations at all times.
Assist in meal preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up stations efficiently for service.
Serve dishes promptly to ensure guests receive hot, fresh meals in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health department guidelines.




Collaborate with team members to coordinate food service during busy brunch hours and support overall restaurant operations.
Follow recipes accurately and contribute ideas for menu improvements or recent brunch offerings.

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; experience specifically with breakfast or brunch menus is a plus.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices within the food industry.
Familiarity with serving guests courteously while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Kitchen experience involving meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work flexible hours during peak brunch times including weekends and holidays.
