The Opportunity
SC Education is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of an Admissions Advisor. This role is works at our modern office located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A professional sales and skills development training program is provided to successful applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit qualified candidates for college programs in a compliant and professional manner
Respond to student inquiries from potential candidates,
Contact warm leads supplied by the college in a timely manner;
Provide program information, guidance, and assistance to students
Completing and following-up on the student enrollment process
Attend occasional community events and trade shows
Updating and maintaining the company CRM / recruiting software
Qualifications and Experience
Post-secondary degree (preferred)
Sales experience: Minimum of 3 years B2B or B2C selling experience
Telemarketing experience would be an asset
Individuals with sales skills training and skilled selling are an asset
Ambitious and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently and as a positive supportive team member
Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment
Wages and Benefits
Base Salary of $40k annually plus an industry leading commission plan. Target remuneration range achieved by most advisors is $55,000 – $80,000
