Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and develop effective repair plans to restore structural integrity and appearance
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove damaged panels, straighten frames, and replace parts as needed
Perform automotive repairs including dent removal, panel alignment, painting prep, and refinishing to meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during repairs
Collaborate with team members and communicate progress clearly to ensure timely completion of repairs
Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and dealership expectations
Keep detailed records of repairs performed,

Skills
Experience in welding, grinding
Proven extensive automotive repair background with a focus on auto body work
Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized auto body equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling large vehicle parts or equipment
Experience with automotive painting, sanding, buffing, and refinishing techniques
Mechanic experience is a plus, providing a broader understanding of vehicle repair processes
Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
