We are seeking a friendly, attentive Restaurant Server to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced dining setting during weekend evenings and some week day evenings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn about Ukrainian food service. As a key member of our team, you will ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience through attentive service, accurate order taking, and effective food delivery. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via cashiering systems
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience desired but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Availability of reliable transportation
