We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to join our team. Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and transparent communication skills
Schedule and dispatch plumbing crews efficiently using transportation management systems and software
Maintain accurate data entry records related to customer orders, service requests, and dispatch logs




Monitor multi-line phone systems to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously with professionalism
Assist with documentation, tracking, and inventory updates to support seamless operations

Skills
Strong analysis skills to evaluate options, delivery schedules, and operational efficiencies
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, vendors, and team members
Skilled in data entry with high accuracy using common tracking and dispatch systems
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
