Candidates must complete the professional hair program or have two years experience behind the chair. Aveda training is appreciated but not necessary. We offer competitive wages and an extension health plan.
For Senior stylist, We are looking for the stylist who is having:
Advanced Hair Coloring Techniques
Balayage & Ombre: Skillfully apply freehand painting or gradient techniques for natural-looking highlights and transitions.
Foiling & Highlights: Expertise in various foiling techniques, such as traditional foils, baby lights, and chunky highlights, to achieve the perfect dimension.
Root Touch-Ups & Color Correction: Handle root touch-ups, grey coverage, and fix color mistakes or unwanted tones, ensuring seamless blends.
All-Over Color & Global Color: Apply uniform, all-over color while maintaining hair integrity and avoiding uneven patches.
For Junior stylist, we are looking for: Client Communication & Satisfaction
Active Listening: Be able to listen to client feedback during and after the service to ensure satisfaction and make adjustments as needed.
Professionalism & Time Management:
Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring clients are not overbooked, and respecting their time while providing exceptional service.
Haircut and blowdry for walk-ins, team spirit and eager to learn current techique
