Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our team. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and products using MIG welding techniques. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and advantages.

Duties:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding methods based on project requirements
Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
Operate hand tools such as grinders, calipers, and measuring tapes to prepare materials and ensure accuracy of welds
Inspect welds for defects and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects efficiently
Maintain a clean and secure work setting

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role
Proficient in MIG welding techniques and equipment operation




Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
Familiarity with hand tools used in welding processes
Mechanical knowledge to understand the principles of structural fabrication
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
