Positions Available
We are currently hiring for Junior Research Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and data analysis on commercial real estate assets
Prepare detailed appraisal and research reports
Analyze market trends, financial data, and comparable properties
Assist with report writing and valuation assignments
Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate with team members and work independently when required
Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce (or related degree) or higher
Progress toward or completion of AACI designation (for appraiser roles)
Robust research, analytical, and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
