Duties
Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Manage and supervise a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
Train recent employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure adequate stock
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed store targets
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Skills
Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and store management software
Experience in conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates
Proven track record in achieving retail sales targets and driving revenue growth
Familiarity with payroll processes and ability to manage employee schedules effectively




Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Robust negotiation and selling skills to maximize profitability
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Previous experience in retail management is highly desirable
