Position Summary

The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and member service experience within the Men's and Ladies' Locker Room facilities. This role ensures a premium standard of hospitality and maintains a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Member & Guest Experience
Provide a warm, attentive, and skilled presence in the locker rooms.
Offer personalized service, including shoe cleaning, locker assignment assistance, towel replenishment, and amenity support.
Handle special requests from members and guests promptly and discreetly.
Facility Oversight & Cleanliness
Ensure locker rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with amenities at all times.
Monitor condition of furniture, fixtures, and equipment; coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.
Oversee towel service, laundry, and inventory of toiletries and supplies.
Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
Operational Excellence
Track and manage inventory of supplies and submit purchase requests as required.




Maintain accurate records of locker assignments
Member Communication & Service Recovery
Maintain a strong presence and open communication with members.
Address and resolve concerns, complaints, or service issues quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

Experience in private club, hotel, spa, or related hospitality considered an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service excellence.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in a private club setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 3 months (Opportunity to return the following season)
