Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, qualified manner
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
Upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
Provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers through their shopping journey




Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining excellent service standards

Skills
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is preferred
Robust communication skills to clearly explain product features and handle inquiries
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and calculating totals
Knowledge of POS systems and customer service best practices
Ability to perform promote upselling opportunities confidently
Organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and inventory well-maintained
Bilingual proficiency in English
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
Phone etiquette for skilled communication with customers over the phone or in person

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
