Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, counters, and dining areas.
Assist with food preparation and display items as needed to enhance the customer experience.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food and beverage items served.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
Ability to operate POS systems efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Willingness to learn about coffee preparation techniques and menu offerings.
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
