Rydex Freight Systems, with 35 years in the business, is one of the largest transportation carriers specializing in expedite in Ontario. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a energetic individual to join our Operations Team.
Transportation Coordinators play a key role in our organization addressing customer inquiries, scheduling shipments, and resolving any shipment issues.
Specifically:
Promptly respond to shipment requests including cost-effective and creative solutions to fulfill requests
Dispatch and monitor shipments, process paperwork for customs clearances, relay shipment updates to customers
Maintain relationships with clients, drivers, and vendors
Operate within appropriate regulations and policies
Effective order and administrative task completion
Logistics experience is a requirement. Expedite dispatch experience is an asset. Software proficiency in the following would be an asset: TMS Software, MS Office, Samsara, and BorderConnect.
