Duties
Remove and replace tires on various types of vehicles using appropriate hand and power tools
Perform tire repairs, rotations, and maintenance tasks following safety protocols
Inspect tires for damage or wear and advise customers on necessary repairs or replacements
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire-related issues effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including basic mechanical repairs
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions
Support sales efforts by recommending additional automotive services or products when appropriate
Requirements
Prior dealership or mechanic experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
