We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire and Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. Responsibilities
Perform tire rotations, replacements, and repairs with precision and care
Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs using appropriate tools and techniques
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
Assist with vehicle inspections to identify potential repair needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance
Promote additional services such as sales of tires, fluids, or maintenance packages to customers
Requirements
Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is essential
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as required for tire handling and vehicle servicing
Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a team setting while maintaining attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
