Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled 310S Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in automotive repair. Hourly pay (not flat rate). Family-owned independent shop specializing in European and Japanese vehicles. Clean, organized facility. Monday–Friday only (no weekends). Quality-focused workplace with up-to-date diagnostic equipment.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repair on automotive systems and components.
Assemble mechanical parts according to specifications and schematics.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.

Skills




Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for assembly and repair tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Robust communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.

Requirements
valid Ontario Drivers License
310S journeyman or apprentice that has completed all in-school terms.
