Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations. The ideal candidate has a passion for food service, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced setting. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food handling and POS systems are considered assets.

Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately using Clover POS or similar systems
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
Process cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales




Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service stations, and utensils
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed
Assist with basic food preparation when required
Manage time effectively to serve multiple guests during busy periods
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly

Requirements
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred
Knowledge of POS systems (Clover POS an asset)
Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math
Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices
Solid time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours as needed
Kitchen or food industry experience is an asset but not required
