Rangeland RV is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing team in Red Deer. What You'll Do
Arrange financing for RV customers through a network of lending partners.
Present finance, warranty, insurance, and protection products with professionalism and integrity.
Ensure all finance paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with the sales team to create an outstanding customer experience.
Assist the Sales Manager with desking deals, structuring transactions, and maximizing profitability.
Help close deals with customers by supporting the sales team during negotiations and overcoming objections.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and product providers.
Consistently achieve finance penetration and profitability targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
Previous Finance Office experience is required.
Automotive, RV, powersports,



or marine finance experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of lending, credit, and finance regulations.
Experience desking and closing deals is a strong asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, driven, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
