Job Description:
Ballina Contracting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Technician to join our team in Chilliwack, BC. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with strong engineering and project coordination experience across various infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise civil construction projects
Work on roads, highways, bridges, water control systems, and environmental structures
Utilize CAE tools, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, MS Office, and Primavera for project tasks
Ensure compliance with safety and design standards
Conduct on-site evaluations and inspections

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering roles




Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, GIS, and other design software
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Able to work in rapid-paced environments and under tight deadlines

Working Conditions:
