S2627-12 Nutrition Program Worker - Caslan School

We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nutrition Program Worker to start August 27, 2026. This assignment involves providing food services for approximately 90 students and maintaining the school cafeteria as a protected and sanitary setting under the direct supervision of the School Administration.

Caslan School is located 45 km SW of the Town of Lac La Biche with approximately 90 students in ECS to Grade 8.

Preference will be given to applicants who have:
Minimum of Grade 12,



preferably a Diploma, Certificate or Degree in the related field of culinary or food preparation
Valid certification in Food Safety Course, Alberta Health Services
Experience as a Cafeteria Worker, Food Handler or Chef
Knowledge and understanding of school and school board policies, compliance with regulations and appropriate legislation Proven ability to prioritize task and carry out instructions necessary to complete assignments
