Experienced Caretaker / Building Manager required for a 54 unit rental Apartment
building on Vancouver's west side.
Well managed quality building with no deferred maintenance.
Quality Residents. Professionally managed with office staff to support Caretaker.
Suite available for live-in Caretaker.

Requirements and general duties:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Rent collecting, move-ins, move-outs, rent increases, show suites to prospective tenants and complete application to rent forms
Interaction with property manager on a as required basis
Arrange and monitor trades and services as required
Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act is essential
Janitorial experience, cleaning of common areas inside and outside
General minor property repairs such as faucet, p-trap and faucet cartridge replacements, electrical, painting, lawn care and general handyman repairs
This is a live-on site position however would consider a non resident position.
Applicant must complete and pass a criminal record check for this position.
Completion and certification of RMTI course is an asset but not a requirement.
