As a Subcontractor for Sweepy Maids, you will be responsible for performing cleaning services as outlined by our contracts with clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Follow specific client instructions and preferences to meet their cleaning requirements.
Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently.
Report any damages or maintenance issues observed during cleaning tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and company management to address any concerns or feedback.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the specified time frame and to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in the cleaning industry or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Robust attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various job sites.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Requirements:
Valid business license and insurance (if applicable).
Ability to pass a background check.
Own cleaning equipment and supplies
