Job Overview
We are seeking friendly and professional Host/Servers to join our energetic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit. Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently
Take reservations and manage waitlists using POS systems such as Micros POS
Provide attentive guest services, including answering questions about the menu and restaurant offerings
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of host/servers station and dining areas
Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations




Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash or credit transactions

Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; hotel experience is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism
Basic understanding of food service operations and customer service principles
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
