AI Project & Product Delivery Manager

Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience as a software Engineer & 5 Years as an AI Engineer

ROLE PURPOSE

A hands-on AI engineer who owns delivery, product, and the client relationship - and can command a room of senior stakeholders. The AI Technical Project & Delivery Manager owns the planning, delivery, and ongoing support of our AI engagements - the AI counterpart to our Technical Project & Delivery Manager. You do everything that role does (project management, agile facilitation, product ownership, and client support) but through an AI lens and with a much stronger client-facing edge. You turn client goals into transparent plans and requirements, run the team’s delivery rhythm, keep engagements on time and on budget, and make sure clients feel looked after and confident throughout.

Because AI is where our clients are investing right now, this role is deliberately senior and outward facing: you present executives, explain and defend the approach, negotiate scope, and build trust.



And because AI moves rapid, you are hands-on enough to be credible - you can prototype, reason models and evaluation, and hold your own with both engineers and clients. Success looks like AI engagements that land on time, on budget, and on outcome, with clients who trust the person leading them and keep coming back.

Pay: $70,387.21-$145,605.80 per year
