Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival; lead them through the check-in process in a skilled, friendly manner

Confirm car rental information and updates for customers

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate updated information and solutions to customer questions.





Also some clerical duties.

Requirements

Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices for professional customer interactions.

Strong communication skills, including active listening and explicit articulation.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, empathetic approach.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while supporting a agile team dedicated to excellence.

Must be fluent in both reading and writing in English.
