Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries
Assist guests with reservations, check-outs, retail purchases and payment transactions
Maintain accurate guest records and handle confidential information with discretion
Answer phone calls email inquiries
Provide information on services and products
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain organized files and records

Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
Sales experience is desirable
