What You’ll Do
Manage event bookings and large group reservations with precision and flair
Oversee inventory and ordering, ensuring we’re always stocked and ready
Lead staff scheduling to keep operations smooth and efficient
Collaborate with ownership on systems, processes, and creative initiatives
Keep our restaurants running with energy and order
