Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious beverages. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Duties:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, such as espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area
Follow food safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in cashiering or customer service preferred
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
Willingness to learn and help out in various tasks related to food service
